Functional Requirement
Investigate the purchase requisition release process by cost center. The process should also investigate the workflow process to evaluate how release notifications can be sent over to the approver.

As per client requirement purchase requisition release is required at header (Overall) level and required to send the release notification to the approver. For this we need to setup the release procedure for purchase requisition using classification. Since they want release procedure for MRO items, release process should be based on cost center.
In the current setup release procedure is configured based on material group using without classification. Using without classification workflow is not possible. So need to modify this release procedure.

Created the new purchasing groups for the release process. Completed the configuration as per the doller limits provided by the New Era.
